He is the Owner of Reliable Earthwork Solutions, specializing in remodeling landscaping and erosion control. Additionally, Mr. Ethridge has served for over 23 years as a Construction Engineer in the US Army and will retire this year. His commitment to service extends deeply into both his professional career and personal life advocacy.
Mr. Ethridge has been married to Tomikia for nine years and is a devoted stepfather to Victoria, their 17-year-old daughter who lives with a disability. It is through Victoria's experiences that Mr. Ethridge's dedication to accessible adaptability is particularly evident. His background, including an Associate's degree in Construction Management from Park University, provides him with a unique skill set that he leverages for this advocacy.
Beyond his professional and military commitments, Mr. Ethridge's passion for advocacy extends further. He actively utilizes his construction and engineering skills to create innovative products specifically designed for children with disabilities, aiming to enhance their independence and quality of life.
