Brett Hommerson, MBA, PMP Certified, Retired Air Force Veteran 
Brett is an accomplished project and program manager with over two decades of experience, demonstrating expertise in dynamic and rapidly evolving environments. Brett possesses Master of Business Administration (MBA), along with a Bachelor in Organizational Management. Brett is also Project Management Professional (PMP) certified individual.  He has a proven record of developing and implementing strategies that support business and financial objectives. He is a detail-oriented facilitator who effectively leads diverse teams of varying sizes on an international scale. Brett is dedicated to achieving success through collaborative teamwork and effective communication, with a focus on establishing efficient processes. 
 
Married to his esteemed wife Jeanette, who holds an MBA and is an accountant, Brett is the proud father of two exceptional sons. Their incredible 15-year-old son, Xander, was born with Disorder of the Corpus Callosum, Septo-Optic Dysplasia, and Perry-Romberg Syndrome. Both Brett and Jeanette are deeply committed to advocating for and supporting individuals with special needs and their families. Through Xander's journey, which has involved navigating challenges such as blindness, seizure disorder, and developmental delays, they have actively engaged with numerous therapists, educators, and organizations to foster inclusion, support, and personal development. 
  
As a retired U.S. Air Force veteran, Brett comprehends the complexities and rewards of balancing family, care, and advocacy, and he is dedicated to empowering families and building inclusive communities as a dedicated board member of Accessible Adaptability
